How To Use: Step 1:
Before using the machine, read the instructions carefully relating to the performance and operations of the machine.
The SQUEEZING ROD should be inserted in the squeezing holder and then insert the squeezing tube in the holder and the squeezing locking pin should be inserted.
Step 2:
The heater button should be switched on and the machine should be made to preheat up to 10- 15 minutes and the squeezer button should be switched on and the nuts should be added into the feed hopper to get the oil.
Step 3:
The oil will be collected in the container below. The squeezed cake will be collected in the slug container. After completing the squeezing process, switch off the heater button and squeezer button.
Step 4:
After this switch on the clean up switch as it will be easy to take out the remaining slug inside the squeezing tube. Take out the squeezing rod and tube and it can be cleaned by using the brush provided. Now the power plug can be removed. Thus, the pure oil is prepared from the Nuts.
The oil should be kept for filtration and sedimentation for about 5-6 hours (sedimentation time depends upon the type of oil).
